How far in advance do I need to order?

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for all cake orders. For large multi-tier cakes, wedding cakes, or custom sculpted designs, we recommend 5–7 days notice to ensure the highest quality result.

Absolutely! All our cakes are fully customisable. You can choose your colour palette, decoration style, message, and occasion theme during the ordering process. We'll work with you to bring your vision to life.

Do you deliver?

Yes! We deliver across Lagos. Delivery fees vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. We currently offer delivery to Lagos Island, Lekki, Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Surulere, Ikeja, and surrounding areas. Pickup is also available for free.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major cards, bank transfers, and USSD payments via our secure Paystack checkout. You can also pay on delivery for orders within select areas. All transactions are encrypted and secure.

What's included in the price?

All prices include the cake, standard decoration, and your custom message written on the cake. For premium decorations (edible gold leaf, sugar flowers, fondant sculpts), there may be an additional charge which will always be quoted before you confirm.

Are your cakes made fresh?

Yes — every single cake is made fresh to order. We never keep pre-baked cakes in storage. Your order is baked on the day of or the day before your collection/delivery date for maximum freshness.

What flavours do you offer?

Our standard flavours include Classic Vanilla, Rich Chocolate, Lemon Drizzle, Red Velvet, and Strawberry. We also offer premium flavours like Caramel Praline, Coconut Pineapple, and Banana Walnut. Message us on WhatsApp to ask about seasonal or custom flavours.

Can I include a surprise message or gift?

Yes! We can include a handwritten message card with your cake. For gift box packaging, let us know during checkout and we'll make it extra special for your recipient.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If there's any issue with your order, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photos. We'll work with you to resolve the situation — whether that's a replacement, adjustment, or refund where appropriate.
